Carlos & Son Upholstery is a family owned and operated upholstery business in Sarasota, FL. They have been in business in Sarasota for over 38 years specializing in quality custom upholstery work.

Owners, Carlos and Delfa Alvarez, started in the upholstery business in Dubuque, Iowa in 1965. The Alvarez family moved to Sarasota in 1970 and began working for the late Robert Pufahl of Bob’s Interior’s in downtown Sarasota. Carlos and Delfa worked with Bob for over 10 years, before opening Carlos and Son Interiors in 1980 with their son Victor.
